Season
3 begins with Spencer looking to score some high-profile clients to pay
off his debts, but he hits a roadblock when Mr. Anderson wants to focus
on the Las Vegas market by partnering with a casino magnate. Meanwhile,
Ricky ponders fatherhood; Vernon and Reggie eye an edgy endorsement;
and Larry makes Charles the face of bad news at a team press conference.
Season 03 , Episode 02 – “Bull Rush”Spencer goes to Las Vegas on business and gets reacquainted with an old flame who’s working for Wayne. Meanwhile, Jason finds himself in a tough neighborhood after Joe sets him up to represent a top running back; Ricky challenges the odds in a game of dice; Charles gets a lesson in public speaking from Julie; and Vernon and Reggie mull a risky endorsement deal.
Season 03 , Episode 03 – “In the Teeth”
Spencer encounters resistance to his Las Vegas expansion initiative in Los Angeles and Oakland. Meanwhile, Charles feels slighted by Larry for not getting credit after he landed a coveted lineman; Joe takes a detour with Reggie; Jason rebukes Kisan for his lack of transparency; and Ricky jumps to conclusions.
Season 03 , Episode 05 – “Make Believe”
Spencer faces new challenges convincing Wayne to finance his Las Vegas initiative, and wonders exactly where he fits in the city’s pecking order. Meanwhile, Julie thinks a home-cooked meal will mend the rift between Larry and Coach Berg; Vernon gets a surprise visit from a league official; Joe becomes obsessed with virtual reality; and Ricky loses focus and pays the price.
Season 03 , Episode 06 – “I Hate New York”
The owner’s meeting is just a week away, so Spencer, Joe and Mr. Anderson head north in search of financing for a stadium in Las Vegas. Meanwhile, Larry tests the limits of Charles’ loyalty and patience; and Ricky gets a sobering diagnosis, and presses Jason to close a deal.
